Full description

Much has been written in recent years about the usefulness and necessity of legal research, the methods and theories used by lawyers and the (deficient) methodological and theoretical justification in legal research reports. Many law schools have included research skills courses in their curriculum. PhD students are increasingly receiving courses on legal research methodology.

Legal research answers hundred questions about legal research. It is an accessible and richly documented book that can be used in the design, conduct and assessment of legal research.
